If your purchase isn't perfect, don't worry! Here's the details about returning your items.
We will accept returns within 30 days of unused items as long as they are returned in a resalable condition. Please email email@example.com to arrange your return.
Items that are personalised cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. If they arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
As soon as your returned item is received your refund will be processed back to the card you paid with. We will let you know once it's been done.
If your order has not yet been made we will endeavour to cancel upon receiving a request from you. Please note personalised items that have been made are unable to be cancelled and you will be liable to pay for them.
